For schools beginning accreditation or reaccreditation: Notices of Intention to Apply must be submitted at least one year -- NASD recommends two years -- in advance of the projected on-site visit date. Those engaged in the accreditation or reaccreditation process should refer to the evaluation calendar contained in the NASD Procedures for Institutions.
