LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Free Beach Ride. 100% free and the drivers work solely for tips. Guests can be picked up at the hotel and taken anywhere in the St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, Isla Del Sol areas. The carts themselves seat 6 passengers and are 100% electric, environmentally friendly with zero emissions. Pick up times are normally 15 minutes or less. Contact the concierge or call 727-776-7553. Suncoast Beach Trolley. Runs every 20 - 30 minutes, with service until 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Trolley bus stop signs are located frequently along the route. In addition to the services along Gulf Boulevard (the hotels location), connector routes run between the coast and downtown St. Petersburg. Exact fare is required. AIR TRANSPORTATION
The nearest major airport is Tampa International Airport, served by all major carriers. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the meeting hotel.
The St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport offers limited service, and is approximately 25 minutes away.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL
There are several options for securing transportation to the Loews Don CeSar Hotel from either airport:
Taxi Service
Approximately $80-$85 each way from the Tampa Airport
Approximately $75 each way from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport
Private Town Car $65 for arrival, $60 for return to airport Contact the hotel concierge for arrangements
Shuttle Service 10 person shared van service is available at the airport. Tickets can be purchased outside of baggage claim for $25 per person Please be aware shuttles make up to 10 stops and have longer commute times.
