ROOM RATE (including amenities)
The room rate for NASD attendees is $129 per night, single or double occupancy. Included in the room rate is a $22.00 per day resort fee in which the following amenities are included: wireless internet in guest room, unlimited local phone calls, self-parking, 24-hour access to the Fitness Center, 24-hour shoe shine service, and housekeeping gratuity.

You can also reserve a room by calling the Loews Don CeSar toll-free at 1-800-282-1116 or by contacting the hotel directly at 727-360-1881. Ask for the “National Association of Schools of Dance” block to receive the group rate, and request a written confirmation of your reservation.
It is imperative that you have written confirmation of your reservation from the hotel before leaving for St. Pete Beach. Each registrant should correspond directly with the hotel if confirmation is not received within a reasonable amount of time.
CUT OFF DATE
The Loews Don CeSar Hotel is holding preferred reservations for NASD through Saturday, August 17. After that date, room assignments will be made on a space-available basis only, and it is likely the hotel will be sold out. Prospective attendees whose plans are uncertain at this time are encouraged to make reservations now, and cancel later if necessary. (Please check the Loews Don CeSar Hotel reservation site for the time frame before which all reservations must be cancelled to avoid a charge.) Once the hotel is sold out, other accommodations will need to be secured. Unfortunately, NASD is not able to assist participants in finding alternate lodging. Please contact the Loews Don CeSar Hotel regarding the possibility of being assigned to a wait list and/or to obtain the names of nearby hotels.
INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in attendees' guest rooms, as well as in the hotel lobby.
ATTIRE
Business attire is appropriate for meeting sessions and is acceptable at all restaurants.
