Special Needs
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
NASD staff selects two entrées for each plated meal: one featuring either chicken or fish, and a vegetarian alternative. Individual orders are not possible except for situations where the attendee has a specific health condition. In these cases, please notify NASD staff as early as possible so that the hotel can be advised to prepare accordingly.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Any registrant in need of special assistance or accommodations due to a disability is requested to so advise the NASD National Office by checking the appropriate box on the Annual Meeting registration form. A staff member will contact you before the meeting to ascertain your needs. Persons who require such assistance are asked to notify the NASD office as far in advance as possible. If registering on-site, please inform a member of the NASD staff at the registration desk if you have special needs.
