The Hilton El Conquistador is holding preferred reservations for NASD through Thursday, August 21 at the special group rate of $165 per night (single or double occupancy). After that date, room assignments will be made on a space-available basis only.
If you have not yet made your hotel reservation, it is important that you do so before August 21. If your plans are uncertain at this time, please reserve a room. If necessary, you can cancel or change your reservation later (please check the hotel website to confirm policies for canceling or changing reservations without charge). Please note that NASD is not able to assist attendees secure accommodations once the room block has been filled.

Online registration for the NASD Annual Meeting and Pre-Meeting Workshops will close at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, August 15. The Annual Meeting fee through that date is $350 for the first or sole registrant from an institution, with a reduced fee of $325 for each additional registrant from the same institution. After August 15, all registration must take place on site at the NASD registration desk beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, and will incur an additional charge of $25.00. The list of attendees provided in meeting materials will contain only the names of individuals who have registered by August 11.
