Annual Meeting Registration – additional registrant
PLEASE NOTE: This page is only for additional registrants from the same institution. Discounted fees are applicable to multiple attendees from the same institution. If you are the first or sole registrant from an institution, please use the primary registration form.
Fees
The Annual Meeting registration fee covers all sessions and events. This fee is for the first or single registrant from an institution.
Additional Registrants
Additional registrants after the first from the same institution may register for the Annual Meeting at a reduced rate of $325.00. A separate registration form must be submitted for each attendee.
Deadline
Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 14, 2026.
After August 14, registration for Pre-Meeting Workshops and the Annual Meeting may only be accomplished on-site at the meeting hotel, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17. On-site registration will be assessed an additional fee of $25. To aid in on-site processing, please bring a completed registration form.
Paper Registration
If you are unable to complete registration online or do not wish to pay by credit card, you may download and print the hard copy NASD 2026 Annual Meeting Registration Form (PDF). Complete and mail, email, or fax the form, along with payment, to the NASD National Office at the address indicated on the form in time to be received by August 14.
Hotel Reservations
This form is for Annual Meeting registration only. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the meeting hotel by August 21.
Annual Meeting Mobile App
NASD will offer its 2026 Annual Meeting materials through the use of an electronic meeting app. Attendees will receive an email with instructions for downloading the app prior to the Pre-Meeting Workshops and the Annual Meeting.
